A cannabis club in Barcelona has been closed down for suspected drug dealing, the first closure of its kind in what could be a blow to the city's growing reputation as a hub for marijuana tourism.
The Spanish parliament on Tuesday voted against a proposal which looked at depenalizing the consumption, distribution and production of cannabis as a way of filling states coffers with some much-needed cash.
