With the Autumn/Winter fashion weeks about to take place and high street brands Zara and Mango conquering the world, Spain is, in many respects, a trailblazing fashion force. There are some looks, however, that should stay strictly within Spain’s borders.


Spaniards are known for having a keen eye for style. 

Stroll round any town centre on a weekend and you’ll spot many a stylish Spaniard taking their afternoon walk.

There are some Spanish looks, however, that are a little harder to pull off when outside the Iberian Peninsula.

From elaborate funereal veils to super short fringes, some Spanish looks are best left in Spain…
