Struggling Spain to get EU 'Christmas present'

Crisis-hit Spain is to be handed a €168.9 million ($213.7 million) rebate from the European Commission on the back of poorer than expected growth since 1995, according to leaked documents which show some countries will have to stump up plenty of extra cash.
