Spanish kids given 3.5 times more antibiotics than European peers: study
A study by a Spanish science and healthcare non-profit suggests children in Spain are being prescribed antibiotics at an excessive level, with kids under the age of two given up to 50 percent more antibiotics than German or American children of the same age, and 3.5 times more than their peers in Norway.
