“It’s unprecedented, completely disproportionate and reprehensible,” local Sports Councillor Javier Arranz told Spanish news agency EFE.
The attack took place during a weekend game between local youth teams Unami and Cantalejo in the central Spanish city of Segovia .
When the aggressor was insulted by some of his son’s opponents, he punched and kicked three of them, Spanish sports daily AS reported on Monday.
Witnesses told AS he also behaved aggressively to the mother and sister of one of the boys.
The children are said to have minor injuries, although one lost a tooth for reasons which remain unknown.
Although the angry dad hasn’t been sued yet by his victims’ parents, Segovia’s Town Hall has banned him from entering any sporting ground.
