Moore, 45, and currently a resident of Spain's Malaga province, is wanted by Belgian authorities, the Civil Guard said in a statement.

He is the subject of a European Arrest Warrant for drug trafficking, money laundering and belonging to an armed gang.

Belgium alleges Moore organized shipments of cocaine from Ecuador to Belgium with some of the haul destined for the Bruges chapter of the Hells Angels.

Spanish authorities had been investigating Moore since June 2013 after European sources indicated he may be living in Spain.

Difficult terrain made Moore's capture difficult but he was finally arrested in dramatic fashion with police dramatic dragging him  from his car.

In November 2013, the Spanish Ministry of Interior, the UK's Crimestoppers and the UK National Crime Agency (NCA) released 13 new photographs of criminals thought to be evading capture in Spain.

Three of those men have now been arrested.

People calling from Spain with information about any of the other men on the list can use a special freephone Spanish 900 555 111 telephone number. This will be answered in the UK by Crimestoppers’ call agents and a translation service is available upon request.

People can also pass on information anonymously via the Crimestoppers number 0800 555 111 or online at www.crimestoppers-uk.org.
