Spain bans 'Civil Guard' Carnival costumes

Spain's government has pre-emptively pooped the party during the run-up to Carnival, a pre-Lent national celebration which typically features fancy dress parades, by banning the popular practice of wearing comedy 'Civil Guard' attire.
