This weekend the stars of the silver screen will descend on Hollywood for the annual Oscars ceremony... but did you realize that many of the most famous films of all time were actually filmed in Spain?
Who knew that the freezing streets of Moscow in Dr Zhivago were actually filmed just south of Madrid, or that the Japanese prisoner of war camp in Steven Spielberg's Empire of the Sun was actually in Jerez, in southern Spain?
